PipeAnswer is a service of ReelForge LLC ("we", "us"). PipeAnswer has not launched publicly yet. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you submit the free trial form, we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address and industry. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.
We use your form information only to contact you about your PipeAnswer trial. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your submission is delivered to us by email through our email service provider.
If you use PipeAnswer, calls to your business are answered by an AI assistant. Every call begins with a notice that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. Recordings, transcripts and call summaries are used to provide the service to you, the business customer, and to support your account. We do not sell call data. PipeAnswer answers inbound calls only and does not make outbound calls or send text messages.
When a caller reaches a business that uses PipeAnswer, we process the caller's phone number, call recording, transcript, and details the caller shares (such as name, address and the problem described) on behalf of that business, to answer the call and send the business a summary.
We share information only with providers that help us run the service, such as our voice AI provider (Retell AI), telephone carriers (such as Twilio or Telnyx), our email and hosting providers, and, once we take payments, our payment processor (Stripe). They may use it only to provide services to us.
We do not take payments on this website at this time, and the free trial does not require a credit card.
We keep your information only as long as needed to contact you about the trial or provide the service. To see, correct or delete your information, email liyang@reelforgellc.com and we will respond within 45 days.
We keep call recordings and transcripts for 90 days and trial form submissions for 12 months, unless the business customer asks us to delete them sooner or the law requires longer.
Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states), you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. Email liyang@reelforgellc.com. If you called a business that uses PipeAnswer, we will pass your request to that business and help it respond. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
PipeAnswer is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (16 in some states). We do not knowingly collect their information.
We may access and process information from outside the United States.
We may update this policy as the service launches. We will post the new version on this page with a new date.
