1 Point = 1 AI minute. Use Points for extra minutes, an extra local number, a website check, a greeting tune-up, or Google Business Profile setup. Or apply them to your bill (10 Points = $1, up to 20% of any invoice).
Points are free and cannot be purchased. Points expire 12 months after they're earned. We email you 30 days before any Points expire.

1. Eligibility. Open to PipeAnswer customers with an active, paid account in good standing. ReelForge LLC ("PipeAnswer," "we") may decline any participant. Points are a free promotional reward. They cannot be purchased, and no payment is required to receive them.
2. Earning. A "Qualified Referral" is a new business customer, not previously a PipeAnswer customer, that signs up through your referral link and pays its first full monthly invoice at the standard price. You and the referred customer each receive 300 Points after that invoice is paid. Self-referrals and referrals between businesses with common ownership, the same payment method, address, phone number or tax ID do not qualify. Each new customer may be credited to one referrer only. Referral Points are limited to 1,500 per account per 12 months.
3. Redemption. Points may be redeemed only for PipeAnswer minutes and listed services, or applied as a bill credit at 10 Points = US$1, up to 20% of any single invoice. Points are not applied to taxes or to amounts already invoiced.
4. No cash value. Points are a free promotional reward with no cash value. They are not a gift card or stored-value product, are not legal tender, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and are not refundable, except where required by law.
5. Expiration and forfeiture. Each batch of Points expires 12 months after the date it is credited. Your Points balance and each batch's expiration date are shown in your account (or in your monthly billing email until account pages are available). All unused Points are forfeited when your account is canceled or closed. Points tied to a payment that is refunded or charged back are reversed.
6. Fraud and abuse. We may withhold, reverse, or freeze Points and suspend participation if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms or our Terms of Service.
7. Reviews. Points are never offered in exchange for reviews or ratings on any platform.
7A. Sharing your link. Share your referral link only with people you know or in your own posts. If you share it publicly, for example on social media, a website, or a forum, you must clearly disclose that you earn Points when someone signs up, for example "I get free minutes if you sign up with my link." Do not send unsolicited bulk emails or text messages, do not use paid ads that bid on the PipeAnswer name, and do not make claims about PipeAnswer that are not true. We do not send referral invitations on your behalf.
8. Changes. We may change or end the Program with at least 30 days' notice by email and on this page. Changes do not reduce Points already credited, and credited Points remain redeemable for at least 30 days after the Program ends (unless forfeited under Sections 5–6).
9. Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.
10. Governing law. Washington law, consistent with our Terms of Service. Void where prohibited.
